The initiative aims to facilitate the exchange of effective pedagogical strategies among educators utilising the uReply platform. This program encourages participants to share practical applications of uReply’s features and functionalities, fostering innovative teaching approaches that enhance both teacher-student and student-student interactions in the classroom.

By focusing on the practical application of uReply's capabilities, this initiative aims to enhance teaching methodologies and optimise learning outcomes.

A variety of dissemination opportunities for users who are generously share their use cases with the community, where applicable:

  • To be featured in articles within the uReply E-Newsletter, which will be distributed among the "teacher users" within the CUHK community.

  • To publish the use case on the official uReply website

  • To present use cases and insights during events organised for the CUHK community and/or the higher education sector.

 

Simply email us your teaching practice or use case at ureply@cuhk.edu.hk with the subject line “Good Teaching Practices with uReply”. Contributions may take the form of written pieces and/or short introductory videos.

For any accepted contributions, contributors may be invited to:

  • publish their user stories on the uReply eNewsletter

  • share their experiences in future events for education sector

All submissions will be considered by the uReply team. If your contribution is submitted via email, our team will contact successful contributor within 5 working days. 

A user case can be composed of a written piece in either English or Chinese. Below are several recommendations:

Concise (within 600 words), practical, and focused on pedagogical impact

  • Provide a title (A specific title that highlights the innovation and benefit)

  • Potential structure:

    • Context and challenge (Describe your teaching scenario briefly)

    • Implementation steps

    • Key uReply feature(s) used

    • Outcome and evidence

    • Takeaway for others

 

(Optional) A short introductory video (within 3 minutes) demonstrating specific activity / activities in action.

  • All the contributions are voluntary.

  • All your contributions do not contain any illegal, offensive and copyright infringement content.

  • The uReply team retains the right to refuse, use, or publish any contributions at their discretion.
